π A delivery time window on the day of arrival
π Options to divert, reschedule, or leave in a safe place
You can manage your delivery directly through the Evri tracking link if any changes are needed.
β± Collection & Delivery Schedule
We despatch Monday to Friday, with orders placed before 3pm sent the same working day.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
Our warehouse operating hours are:
Monday β Thursday | 9.30am β 4.30pm
Friday | 9.30am - 4pm

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days for a full refund.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
